Sanjay is an Indian national and has a bachelor degree in engineering. Sanjay is a qualified engineer with over 14 years of experience in IT infrastructure space covering design, deployment, operations and audit of IT infrastructure for large enterprises and service providers. He has extensive experience in consulting, in particular with defining strategic IT plans for corporate & BPO organizations. His experience includes implementing industry standard frameworks like ITIL, BS7799 and ISO27001 to streamline large scale IT operations.

Prior to joining Amicorp Sanjay was VP of Information Technology at Nirvana, a BPO company and contact center operating out of India. In the past he has worked with some of the top IT companies in India and providing services to many fortune 500 customers. Sanjay is responsible for the IT service delivery of BPO operations.
