Mar Hernandez is a Spanish national. She holds a degree in Communication Science from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and an MBA Major in Marketing from ESADE University in Spain. Mar has over 17 years of marketing experience, specifically in marketing of the BPO industry, covering a broad background in product development, sales management, marketing and CRM services strategy for international markets. She also has extensive experience creating short and long-term sales plans involving strategic account penetration in the US Hispanic market. Most recently, Mar was VP of Business Development at MphasiS, an EDS company which operated from different locations in both India and Mexico. 1998 and 1999 Mar was awarded with the EFI Award for the best efficient communication strategy.
Mar is responsible for the BPO Sales & Marketing in Europe where she promotes business opportunities and BPO marketing support to the region.
