Head BPO Operations - Bangalore

Anand has over 18 years’ experience in the banking, housing finance and BPO industries. In BPO, he has held various functions in business development, solutioning, transitioning, service delivery and relationship management.

Before coming to Amicorp, Anand worked for nearly 4 years with IBM Daksh, where he was a deputy general manager in charge of delivering F&A services to a U.S. client from IBM’s Manila Delivery Center.

Prior to IBM Daksh, Anand worked in GE Capital International Services and KPIT Cummins for nearly 7 years, including a 2-year on-site assignment in the U.S., identifying new F&A opportunities, transitioning them, managing client relationships and working closely with the CFO, Controller and other functional teams in the company.

Anand was also associated with the banking and housing finance industries for 7 years, gaining wide experience in various fields, including personal banking, trade finance, foreign exchange and non resident accounts management.

Anand holds a B.Com, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and is currently working on an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, USA.
